Robert Welsford

Robert brings years of competitive experience, including attending the Ironman World Championship in 2019 as a legacy athlete. His coaching philosophy focuses on strategy and mental preparation, ensuring that each athlete is equipped to meet their challenges head-on.

Rachel Welsford

As a dedicated triathlete and coach, Rachel combines her academic knowledge with personal experience, including attending the Ironman World Championships as the youngest competitor in 2022.. Her approach emphasizes holistic training, blending physical endurance with mental strength, paving the way for success in every race.
