2. Coaching Services and Professional Disclaimer

Our Services provide coaching, fitness, and educational guidance. We are not licensed medical professionals, and our Services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise, nutrition, or fitness program.
You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and results when applying the information or guidance provided in our Services.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewals

Some Services are offered as recurring subscription plans. By enrolling, you authorize us (through Wix Payments, TrainingPeaks, or your chosen provider) to automatically bill your payment method at the stated rate until canceled.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us prior to your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for unused or partial billing periods.
If prices or terms change, we will notify you in advance and provide the option to cancel before renewal.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated, purchases of Services are non-refundable once the program, plan, or session begins.
Refunds for one-time services may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, in compliance with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Any free trial periods or promotional offers will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Session Cancellations

If you book a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Attempts may be made, at the coach’s sole discretion, to re-book the session, but this is not guaranteed.
Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of Services without refund.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

In the course of providing Services, we may use third-party platforms such as Wix Payments, TrainingPeaks, or other external providers. While we take care in selecting reputable services, we do not control and are not responsible for their practices, policies, or disclosures.
Any information you provide through these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. Rapid Snail Racing assumes no liability for the handling, storage, or disclosure of information by third-party providers.
Our Website may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and policies.
