Goodlife HYROX Toronto 2026

On October 3, 2026, Coach Robert will lead Rapid Snail Racing into a brand-new flavour of chaos at his first HYROX competition! It is not a radical departure from Spartan OCR. There will still be running, heavy things and plenty of opportunities to question every life choice. However, HYROX trades the trails, mud and obstacles for stadium laps, sleds, wall balls and highly organized suffering. 

At RSR, we love pushing boundaries, trying something different and discovering exactly what our shells are made of. HYROX sounds like the perfect test.
