Ironman 70.3 Muskoka

On July 5, 2026, Coaches Robert and Rachel head to Ironman 70.3 Muskoka for their pre race race on the road to Ironman Ottawa. This is the dress rehearsal before the big show, where the goal is to shake out the systems, test the pacing, dial in the fueling, and pretend the nerves are totally under control when they absolutely are not. Equal parts strategy, fitness, and low grade panic, Muskoka is where the chaos gets one last test run before Ottawa. Speed optional. Execution mandatory.
