Spartan Trifecta Weekend 2026

Coaches Robert and Rachel are once again making the deeply questionable decision to return to Blue Mountain on the weekend of October 17, 2026, for another attempt at the Spartan Trifecta Weekend, because apparently running, crawling, climbing, carrying heavy things, and launching themselves up a ski hill three separate times sounds like “character development.” This will be a full weekend of mud, hills, burpees, rope burns, grip strength betrayal, emotional damage, and the kind of leg destruction that makes stairs feel like a personal attack. They have been here before. They know what Blue Mountain does to people. And yet, like two overly confident raccoons in compression gear, they are going back for more. Will there be chaos? Absolutely. Will there be suffering? Almost certainly. Will Coach Rachel question Coach Robert’s life choices? Tradition demands it. Spartan Trifecta Weekend is back on the RSR race calendar, and the snails are preparing to charge the mountain at full questionable speed.
