I have had the pleasure of working with Rob and Rachel on my triathlon journey. Their expansvie knowledge and experience combined to help me become a better version of myself in my journey as an endurace athlete/triathlete. They live and love what they do. Their passion is motivating and they are able to balance the art and science of training making it both fun and informative. Always supportive and able to offer advice along the way. They helped me achieve personal bests on my journey to hopefully one day qualifying as they both have for Ironman World Championships in Kona!
