PLAN OR CAOCHING?

Choose the amount of support you want.

A self-guided plan is a great way to train with structure and keep costs manageable. Ongoing coaching simply adds a different level of personalization, feedback and adaptation when that is what you need.

Training Plan

A clear path you can own.

  • Structured program with a defined progression

  • Great for athletes comfortable managing their own execution

  • More budget-friendly than ongoing coaching

  • Choose a plan based on your goal and starting point

  • No monthly coaching commitment

Ongoing Coaching

A coach in your corner.

  • Programming built around your individual schedule and goals

  • Plan changes as training and life change

  • Coach feedback, analysis and accountability

  • Support through event preparation and execution

  • Best when you want a closer coach-athlete relationship
