Three races. One weekend. Endless grit. The Spartan Trifecta at Blue Mountain delivered everything it promised and more - brutal climbs, technical trails, mud, fatigue, and moments that tested both body and mindset. From the Beast to the Super to the Sprint, this weekend was about perseverance, teamwork, and showing up when things got uncomfortable. It wasn’t about perfect performances - it was about commitment, resilience, and supporting each other every step of the way. Proof once again that progress isn’t always fast, but it’s always earned. Speed optional. Grit mandatory. 🐌🔥🏁

Ironman Ottawa was an incredibly tough day for both Robert and Rachel (4th Ironman), pushing them to their limits every step of the way. They battled a choppy swim that tested their endurance right from the start, faced relentless winds on the bike that made every pedal stroke a challenge, and endured a hot, demanding run through downtown Ottawa. Despite the tough conditions, Robert and Rachel powered through with Rachel achieving an impressive personal best of 13:51:21. Their determination and grit truly shone on this memorable race day. It was a testament to their hard work and resilience in the face of adversity.

Completing Ironman Mont-Tremblant after two years of training with my father as my coach was an achievement layered with meaning. Every workout, every early morning, and every tough session was built on his guidance, support, and belief in me. Race day was the perfect blend of execution and heart, and crossing the finish line felt like we were both sharing the victory. Qualifying for the Ironman World Championship was the ultimate reward, turning our shared effort into a dream realized. It was more than just a race—it was a celebration of dedication, teamwork, and family.
